It was good overall, but not super-impressive. Staff spoke very poor English and i hardly understood them.
I booked this one because it said i can tie my hair in ponytail or wash it after the keratin treatment, only to find out on the spot that best results are if i do not wash my hair for 3 days. Basically, i could have gone elsewhere in West London and pay less for the same procedure.

I didn't have a good experience here. The salon is not clean at all and I've ended up with an eye infection as they used dirty tools for my treatment. When I told them this had happened I got told I was being ridiculous and it couldn't be possible. A very unhappy experience and I would advise you stay away from this place.

Lovely girl who did my blow-dry. Receptionists were annoying and charged me an extra 5 pounds since I did not pay online they can charge what they want. tip - pay online before going there.
