"One day later my Shellac chipped and the day after a wax my skin was peeling!"
I am extremely upset and very disappointed. This was a very bad experience! I have been to this salon before and loved my nails and hair, that's why I booked again. Unfortunately when I went to get my nails and eyebrows done I was very stressed out. The staff member continuously argued with me throughout my treatments and it was extremely unprofessional! I had to argue with her for 5 minutes that I wanted a dark brown eyebrow tint not a black tint! I always get dark brown, she then told the person I was on the phone to, to call me back! How rude! I understand during an eyebrow wax you can't move so I completely respected that and hung up, but that fact she told the person I was on the phone to to hang up was so arrogant! My eyebrows looked nice, however a day later I noticed peeling all around my eyebrows so I am very angry and 100% will never book this salon again! The worst part was my shellac! My nails are short so I understand they can be difficult to paint, however after she finished there was several nail polish on my fingers, when I asked her to remove it politely she told me I could do it at home. In my opinion that particular staff member had no customer service! How dare she tell me after Ive paid for a service to clean up her mistakes at home.. If I wanted to do that I would have painted them at home. She then attempted to take it off and said there you go all done, and was still lots of polish on my fingers. I then again had to ask her to please look and clear off the rest of the polish and she argued with me again saying "ah you can just take it off at home." At this point I just walked out as I went to the salon to be pampered not to have an argument. Majority of beauticians would apologise to a customer and fix the mistake. Not tell the customer to fix it themselves at home and argue with them. It's such a shame as the salon is nice, and I believe the Managers name is Naiz who is such a delite! Naiz and the hairdresser was the reason I booked again as they were so accommodating! This staff member is causing bad experiences for clients and it's a shame she's now lost the business of a customer, as I would of booked all my future appts here! Not coming back again, will be trying out other businesses in Shepherds Bush now.¨
