Daniela and the team where lovely and did a great job with my less than exiting hair. As it took so long with all my treatments I was offered a free chair massage and joghurt to keep hunger at bay. Very kind.

the hair cut I received was okay - however - the lady cutting my hair barely spoke English therefore it was extremely hard to communicate what I was looking for, also no drink was offered or conversation made with me. when I walked I feel like they just called someone from the staff room to come do it as no one was there waiting ready to cut my hair. so overall there was no welcome or great service provided but the hair cut itself wasn't awful but not worth £25 and probably won't come back due to the boring/lack of service and lack of communication.
