It was a very quick and basic job, which was fine, until the staff began my treatment but walked away and forgot about me. I had to go to the front desk to remind them about me and ask someone to continue to take my shellac off. I wasn't offered a glass of water or drink, and was sitting there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to finish my treatment. I most likely won't be going back.

No frills, but good result. Hair dresser was very rough but happy with outcome. Would have been nice to be a little better looked after. Didn't feel like a trip to a salon, more just getting the job done!
