The lady that did my nails was great, no on has ever done my nails so gently and with so much care, I definitely recommend it!
Gel Nails Manicure
I booked a mani pedi for 2pm, prior to my blow dry appointment that was moved to 3pm. I was told the mani pedi would take an hour; it was 4pm when it was completed, lasting double the time they had said, 2 hours in total! I had an important dinner for 6pm and still had to do my hair at 4pm.. I had to send a message out saying I'd arrive at 7pm (very inconvenient)! When they finally checked my hair, about to wash it, the owner looked at it, saw a few braids on the side with a minor knot and literally refused to detangle or do my hair at all! I was gobsmacked! When I compared their salon to most salons that easily detangle hair, they arrogantly stated 'That's them, we are not experienced to deal with hair like that, we cannot do it'. I warned that I'd post a bad review and complain and they were rude and said 'Yeah go and do what you want.' Bare in mind this was all in front of clients. They were extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. It is unacceptable that they refused to do my hair due to tiny knots. They should put in their web 'Incapable of detangling hair and state which hair types they can't do'. I paid £30 for the mani pedi and received no sympathy or care from them; not even a voucher for my time wasted. I had to go home and beg my cousin to detangle my hair, which she did in 10 minutes and she's 18! I would like to make a formal complaint for their treatment towards me, lack of care and disrespect and incompetence! I am hoping to hear from you very soon with a suitable solution please.
