Got a shellac. The lady was really nice: I wasn't satisfied with how she did 2 nails the first time and asked to fix them and she started all over without problems. But overall it was very much an average job, vero imprecise although value for money

My hairdresser was fantastic, I explained how I wanted it and she did the job perfectly. I was hoping for more response from her however (she didn't say a word the entire time) as she knows hair better than I do. I was ranting on about what I want but I would've liked to get some feedback on whether the haircut would suit me or not.
The staff could've been more friendly.

It was good overall, but not super-impressive. Staff spoke very poor English and i hardly understood them.
I booked this one because it said i can tie my hair in ponytail or wash it after the keratin treatment, only to find out on the spot that best results are if i do not wash my hair for 3 days. Basically, i could have gone elsewhere in West London and pay less for the same procedure.
