the hair cut I received was okay - however - the lady cutting my hair barely spoke English therefore it was extremely hard to communicate what I was looking for, also no drink was offered or conversation made with me. when I walked I feel like they just called someone from the staff room to come do it as no one was there waiting ready to cut my hair. so overall there was no welcome or great service provided but the hair cut itself wasn't awful but not worth £25 and probably won't come back due to the boring/lack of service and lack of communication.

The salon was just opening as I was getting there so staff just clearing and setting up and still coming in so appointment started a bit later than time stated. However I was pleased with my wash and blowdry and the haircut and would go back as it was good value.
