The therapist was so good - I should have gotten her name because I don't want anyone else to wax me! The venue is cramped, and there was barely any room to get changed. I found the reception staff abrupt but not overly rude. A smile wouldn't go amiss.

when I entered the salon the man at the desk wasn't interested in my name or what I was there for, which almost resulted in me getting the wrong treatment, i wasnt offerd tea or coffee and the salon was cold making my experience not as 'tranquil' as they claim it should be on the website, this was a shame as my pedicure was good.

Tbh, the service was very poor especially when i got my hair removal done. The therapist was so rude to me and its not very hygiene.. She use the same gel without giving me the new gel for more than 3 times to my legs and my underarms.. Plus i still remembered when she told me you're lazy you don't even want to turn around! And when i told her the tissues is sticking on my leg and she's like ugh its only a tissue! So lazy to just turn around! .... Seriously from what i've experinced.. I would never ever recommend anyone to get their hair removal in here. So rude.
