Firstly they were late for my appointment. So late that I'm pretty sure they double booked me or took a walk in right before my appointment. To try compensate, some person did my soak off who didn't know wtf they were doing. The foils were basically coming off. The lateness meant that now my nails for both my mani and pedi had been soaking for ages to the point that it actually felt like it was burning. By the time I was finally seen, the girl was so slow, unfriendly and unenthused. No drinks or anything were offered and on top of all of it, I still had to pay £10 for the soak off. Definitely not returning.

Friendly, smiley and chatty staff, but not a professional service. Holliwood wax wasn't done properly and the facial threading too. I'm not going to book in this salon anymore.

The absolutely worst service arrived a couple of minutes late and was treated by the owner with a your late we've been waiting. To then be told to sit and it took the girls 20 minutes to organise themselves. Everywhere felt dirty. I would say to avoid if you can.
