Hana was not good - very little care or effort. She was happy to let me go with messy/wonky French tip lines one every fingernail. I asked her to fix multiple times, but still minimal effort until I finally expressed how unhappy I was. She blamed it on me not choosing Shellac and said the basic look was unachievable. It was a simple French Manicure! She then removed it and painted the white tips with NO colour. After 2 hours, I finally accepted & left but still am not happy. I will not be back.

I had to call several times to update my arrival time but when I finally arrived, I was greeted cheerfully and made to feel welcome. Daniela encouraged me to try something new with my cut and I walked out looking much younger than when I walked in.

Root application done very quickly. While the efficiency and speed was appreciated, she did get color on the side of my face and around the hairline. Then proceeded to another customer without checking on me. Another lady washed my hair afterwards and used heat on the highest setting for wet hair, no heat protection spray was used. The reception and owners were lovely though, very friendly and welcoming.
