I felt like the therapist was rushing while doing the wax, and also she wasn’t very friendly.
I also asked her to do just one side of stomach area, however, she waxed the full stomach and she charged me more.

Staff acted like they were surprised I was there despite the fact I had a booking. The lady doing the wax was quite rude and it felt rushed. No explanation was given as to what was being done or aftercare treatment/advice. When I asked a question regarding the procedure I was ignored. Wouldn’t recommend.
