Absolutely awful. Booked via the app, for an appointment the following day, thankfully choosing to pay at the venue (she is a mobile hairdresser.) I then phoned to confirm her address, leaving a voicemail with my contact details. I phoned again twice on the morning, with no reply. I am still waiting to hear back from her! I suggest maybe you remove her from Treatwell?
I ended up having to book a last minute appointment with another salon!!
Cancelled last minute due to illness but then didn’t respond about rearranging
