The barber was late but I had booked a bit last minute. Then my son didn't want the clippers or hairdrier (he was a bit afraid). The barber kept saying he was silly boy to be afraid and crying and that only brave boys are getting treats etc... I did tell him I wasn't happy with how he spoke to my son and he said he was just encouraging him - but to me it felt patronising and almost intentionally trying to make my son feel embarrassed or weak or inadequate.
Booked for a last minute appointment and even her though her colleague had gone home leaving her low on staff we was not asked to rebook and still fitted my little girl (who is very impressed) in for her back to school hair cut, we are both happy with the hair cut and I'm happy with the price and service recieved today. Thank you
