Nancy always cuts my hair wonderfully. I never have any issues with her and she always knows what she's talking about and gives me tips or knowledge on how best to look after my hair.
Booked a nail appointment for 1 March. Received a text on the day saying the technician wasn’t available so cancel my appt. I asked if would be available the next day, received reply saying yes.
Turned up for the appt where I was told the technician wasn’t in. Nancy told me that she’d asked me to call - incorrect, I showed her messages, she’d clearly got confused.
Had a few issues before with them not being there on time etc. Had enough now so won’t be going back. Very unreliable.
Turned up for my appointment, was asked to sit down to wait, they made a phone call to the venue across the road, I was then advised my appointment was cancelled. Unless I could come back the following day, I had to call to make a new appointment. There were no customers in either establishment, they made no attempt to contact me to advise me my appointment could not go ahead. Extremely poor customer service, will not book again
Nancy I was informed has left working at Tandis. I
I was left to receive my dry cut by one of the two young girls there, who the minute my hair had the first snip of hair I could feel that cutting hair was not what they were trained for.
The girls were pleasant enough, and the cut turned out reasonable for someone not used to cutting hair, but not the usual standard Nancy gives.
I have to speak up about this because people have to pay enough, and should get adequate service. Maybe train staff.
