Nancy was fabulous. She gave me a great consult with lots of information and asked lots of questions about what I wanted the end result to look like. In the end, I got the tightest & nicest perm I've had, and my hair (which was previously bleached) is still soft and bouncy. Great technique & knowledge to keep my hair safe while achieving my desired look.
