I've always used the salon for my eyebrows and it doesn't matter who does my treatment they all have the same attention to detail and are just as friendly as each other.

My children's haircuts were OK, but I was annoyed afterwards to be told that they would be £15 each rather than the £12 as advertised when I booked. I was told that this was because I had booked with the barbers, not the hairdressers. It really is not clear on the app, and I should have been told the new price before their hair was cut. They each had a trim which took less than 10 minutes, so £15 seemed a lot.
