Awful experience. Booked my appointment for 8:30am and the therapist did t turn up until 9:15am! No apology for her lateness, stank of cigarettes and rubbed her eyes because she was tired...I got up at 7:30am to be there on time on my day off. She then told me it would take her almost 2 hours to do a full set, shocking. No regard at all for the fact I didn’t have all day to sit around.
Not impressed, wasted my whole morning for a very rude woman.
