The people were really friendly but it was the most painful experience of having acrylics removed I have ever had. I also have quite a few cuts around my fingers. In particular, the lady cut through my nail, believing it was still acrylic and has therefore gone through to the skin underneath; I was still charged full price for the service. Very disappointed.

The pedicure was missing a few key conponents such as use of a foot scrub, nail being trimmed & nail polish at end. The ladies are lovely but the treatment was disappointing because firstly i was told i needed to pay £10 extra for a wet pedicure although it did not say that on their treatwell site. Then the pedicure did have the massage i asked for but in the 45min she also missed the main bits of a pedicure!
