Good venue, on time. The wax used wasn’t the normal hot wax was a roll on which was quite painful and has left redness for days

This has to have been the worst Brazilian I’ve had in 15 years of waxes. I’m not sure the beautician knew what a Brazilian was. It wasn’t painful so that’s a plus, however, she was only going to remove the top corners? I had to ask for more and still came out somehow with just the top half gone and absolutely nothing off the sides or the bottom half? It’s essentially just lower than when I went in. Definitely not a Brazilian, not even a bikini line wax. Not worth the money and wouldn’t return. I was then asked if I’d paid, which I had, via Treatwell...house not really in order here.

My therapist was Sahar. The staff were both welcoming and i had a fantastic massage! Sahar was professional and polite. Massage was excellent and very relaxing. Definitely recommend this salon and will be re-booking!

So firstly, the stylist I was booked with was not available. My treatment was done by an untrained stylist the first time. Then the Salon manager came and completed the treatment correctly again while he was explaining to the stylist how the treatment should be done. Not happy as paying I should not be a subject of staff training.
I am also having neck pains on the both sides of my neck due to sitting in the same position on the sink for nearly 2 hours as the treatment was done twice.

The worst experience in my life in a beauty center !!! I strongly discourage anyone considering this place for a beauty treatment to book an appointment.
The final result of my nails was indecent, I never had such bad nails. I don't know how the manager allows completely incompetent people to work in his/her salon.
I completely wasted my money.
