Seemed very unprofessional, I was taken across the road to their sister business down some stairs to a basement set up. Saha didn’t given me any paperwork to sign nor did she ask me what pressure I wanted or at any point ask hoe it felt. Her nails were quite sharp and scratched me several times and was quite harsh. There was no face while so my neck was very uncomfortable throughout the massage.

The best haircut in a long time, falls so well and so much effort put in. Hairdresser was lovely and made me feel really comfortable.

The most painful wax I have ever had. Had to pay before so no option to voice my dissatisfaction. Unsuccessful in removing a lot of hair. Will not be recommending.

Treatments were good, the only drawback was that there's 4 different pedicure treatments but no info on what each one entails, making it difficult to choose between them, particularly because I had never had a pedicure. There is only the duration against it (15, 30, 45 & 60 mins), no additional info and the option to book.
Eventually, I chose the 45 minutes pedicure as I wanted a foot massage and exfoliate and figured that that would be included, which it didn't. Disappointed! Will go back.
