Pav is lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful, making suggestions on how I can improve my daily skincare routine. The salons ; 2,-male & female (across the road from eachother) are in parts undergoing renovation but they were clean and well stocked with the treatment room smelling of scented candles. The 1 hour facial was a lovely and relaxing experience, that not only do I recommend it but can't wait to repeat. There were visible results straight away. My skin tone and texture was remarkably improved and even my husband noticed it an hour later when he got home.

Awful if I could give no stars I would. I turned up and the owner said he had no idea about my booking and that the salon wasn’t open. He then recommended that it might be over the road but that shop by a similar name was also closed when I asked advice he simply said “ I don’t know” and then went in the other room. Awful customer service fortunately I didn’t pay in advance via this app.
