Was not a pedicure was only file and the normal polish. Was a 15 minutes service ,which I filmed in my phone. Not a pedicure as described in the website !They were annoyed by the fact that I don't answer phone calls of numbers I don't know as they wanted to change the appointment to 5pm because on Monday the saloon closes at 530pm. But the night before I got the message of the saloon manager saying we look forward to welcoming you ! I live in kings Heath and for that service even in the nail shop next door to tandis would be £7! I was robbed £20 15 minutes more in the dryer really dissatisfied!

I went to this shop, and although I cannot daily how good they were to me keeping it open past their usual hours I had a full set of acrylics that dropped off the next day. Acrylics should not do this.

Booked an express manicure .. took over 90 mins , used drill to remove old polish on natural nails no pre soaking , this has now left my nails feeling quite weakened also not sufficently dry so a dull finish and charged more than listing

As soon as I arrived there was no consultation, the shower station looked unclean and battered. The initial hairdresser spoke little English then another man took over. Two ladies watched as he cut my hair. He took a long phone call during my cut. I did not feel comfortable the entire time. Cut was ok but styled old fashioned. Before the stlylist was about to straighten my hair I pointed out it needed heat protection which seemed to annoy him. Will never go back again
