Inexperienced staff doing Hollywood waxing who had very little English. Wax was not heated prior to appointment time when resulted in an awful treatment that could not be finished. Managers excuse was the lady I was booked in had to go home early.

The images look nothing like what it does in real life. Was the worst nail experience I had, the lady files my fingers fill they bled and it was the most painful set of nails I have ever had done. Not worth the time or money I’ve had nails done at cheaper places and have looked a million times nicer.

The young lady that did my pedicure was lovely and the people in there were great. They just didn’t have nice facilities for a great pedicure but it got the job done.
