I went in for a pedicure and the staff are so lovely. The only issue I experienced was getting a manicure instead of a pedicure, I'm not sure if there was a communication error and I was too shy to correct the lady again. Despite that the staff are so lovely and welcoming and they have a cute cat too!

arrived on time, offered a drink. I expected time for acrylic extensions is an hour and my nail technician took 3hrs45mins. Spent my whole afternoon there and really wastes my time as my nails looked terrible afterwards. Very unprofessional but sweet and kind staff. Will not be going back.

Poor massage .. got a 40 minute massage instead of 1 hour

It's was a good experience and the beautician did a good job. Only thing I would improve is the customer service experience.
