Staff member was late and got wax on my top. Another staff member would come in during the treatment and they would talk to each other; I didn't feel like I was the focus.

The staff were really lovely and the massage was amazing. I was really comfortable and they even suggested areas to help me relax. Absolutely lovely people and lovely place

Generally good experience and friendly staff, but nails are a little shabby around the edges

Didn’t receive either treatment booked, they left me sitting there waiting for 30 mins passed appointment time. Went to ask someone how much longer I’d have to wait, the manager said the therapist was almost finished - but she had just started to do the nails of someone else so I left.
