Slight issue with booking as when I arrived they had no knowledge of my booking (which I booked 3 weeks in advance) so I had to go the next day. However, Leila was amazing, super quick and put me right at ease with this being my first wax! My eyebrows were uneven due to previous beautician and she made them perfect in a few minutes!

Had a hollywood wax, Leila is absolutely lovely and made me feel extremely comfortable, just the odd hairs left but overall did a great jib
