I had a Hollywood in about 15 minutes flat! Impressive! However the rushing meant it wasn't as thorough as it could have been.
I had booked a cut and finish and when I got there they were about to wash it and I questioned it- it turned out that what I'd ordered through wahanda was a cut only available for the barbers only, but kindly they agreed to give me a trim for the same price. The stylist was very professional, listened closely to what I wanted and was very polite and friendly. I was very pleased with the result and will go back again. I think the barbers section could be a little friendlier to women who walk in that door but it wasn't major- I'll know which door to go in next time.

Staff need to be more welcoming. Hair stylists ignored me when I walked in. Found reception and the bloke there just stared at me until I said I had an appointment rather than greeting me.
Acrylic was good but nail varnish is clearly old and gloopy hence doesn't look great.
Leila is really lovely.
unfortunately I think my appointment was booked on a very busy day and think there had been a mix up with wahanda notifying the salon, therefore I had to wait half and hour for my appointment. The wax was very rushed and patches were missed. Although the staff were very friendly and were clearly working very hard. I would recommend maybe appointments not a peak time or going for your first wax.
