Terrible experience, I arrived at the salon to find they had no idea I had an appointment. After a bit of waiting with no explanation I was brought into the massage room and asked to strip and wait. Few minutes later I was told since they couldn’t see my booking on their phonesystem they would not be able to go forward with my treatment -at this point I was naked on the massage table. I was given theno explanation or apology and just told to leave, telling me I should ask Treatwell for a refund

Mari was great, I’ve booked the massage a bit last minute but she was able to accommodate. She was friendly knowledgeable and we had a great chat. Massage was really good and relaxing. 100% recommend

Good value for money, the massages are at the back of a barber's so it's a bit noisy but it was a nice little massage. Something went wrong with the app and they didn't have my appointment details so they had to rush the therapist at the end to finish but she was very nice and professional.
