Worst haircut of my life. Legit credit afterwards. The hairdresser didn’t understand what I meant when I said I wanted it in straight line. Literally don’t want to go outside now. I would like a refund immediately.

I am utterly mortified. Was mocked, and made to feel awful for having too much hair. My regular salon has dealt with this before politely, meanwhile they complained throughout and tried charging me extra. A truly awful experience.

I was very pleased with my overall experience at Tandis - I came in feeling slightly clueless as to what I wanted but my hairdresser, Seta, was wonderful and suggested the very best! I came out of the hairdressers glowing and full of confidence after I had my hair bleached and coloured from dark brown hair to light blonde.
Thank you ever so much again Seta! I will definitely be seeing you again!
