I like my nail shape. Not impressed with the time it took to do my nails. When I go to my regular woman she is done within a hour and I love my nails. I cut the appointment short as after 2 hours she had only managed to get the acrylic powder on my nails and shape them. I left with what I did not want and paid full price. I’m not happy, customer service was okay. But I’m still not happy with the not getting what I used my money to pay for.
Very disorganised salon - requests to move appointments and customers arriving before therapists.
