I booked in and the nail tech wasn’t at the salon. After 45 mins of waiting, I was informed that the tech wasn’t coming and that they’d reschedule my appointment. After asking for a refund, they said they had to speak to the shop owner. I’m still waiting for the refund a month later. Disappointing as I’ve been getting my nails done here for a few months and had no issues with quality of service.
I have to say I wasn’t impressed that the stylist was 45 minutes late arriving, especially when I knew I would be there 3-4 hours and paying for car parking. She did a very thorough job though, very happy with my Brazilian blow dry. I usually use the Kings Heath salon but regular stylist was away. I don’t enjoy being in with the barbers section but otherwise, good. I think a trim should be included when it costs £200 though.
Eddie is one great hair stylist. My hair was long and and had different lengths in various places from bad haircuts.
Eddie fixed my hair cut it really well so that it didn’t look as bad it had. Was also treated to a nice wash too which was therapeutically relaxing.
Eddie you a master at your trade. If I could give you 10 stars on this I would.

Despite appointment I had to wait for more than 30 mins. The barber (Eddie) took several phone calls whilst cutting my hair and despite me telling him that I feel that my hair needs to be cut shorter he convinced me to not have the hair any shorter. Unhappy about this
