I book my nails on Sunday and I paid the amount so I went to the salon and it was closed but they still charged and taking booking whilst is closed!! And I call them hundreds of times but they didn’t pick up?!
Absolutely terrible, had the worst wax experience ever. Used soft wax for a hollywood and was just ripping it off without removing the hair in sections, my skin has tears. I have a high tolerance for pain but this was really horrible. I could have given 0 stars but that’s not possible
To say that I had the worst waxing experience is an understatement. I had a Hollywood wax and my skin was peeled off-my crotch is purple and bruised and my intimate area was bleeding. I’ve had good and bad waxes throughout the years, but this is lawsuit level. I tried to complain on the spot, but the women didn’t speak a word of English and no one’s replying to my emails. I was sitting outside the salon for 45mins waiting for my bf to come pick me up because I couldn’t walk. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
