The place was very relaxed, which I loved. I felt very comfortable and looked after. The lady that did my hair was lovely and made me feel at ease. She came across as very good at what she did and the result was fantastic. I was very pleased and will be returning.

Lovely experience there, I had really long hair and was worried about cutting it so short but the staff were so careful and ensured I was 100% happy at all times. Also walked away with a few free samples, which was a nice surprise, along with a lollipop. Will definitely go back!

Got my first hair cut in birmingham by Sam. He is really nice and has good skill. Everything met my expectation.
