Honestly never had a bad experience, used to have Sophie do my cut, so to change to someone new i was skeptical. But, Kirsty fitted me in last minute and was amazing! Absolutely love the cut, gave me advise on amazing hair care products. Will deffo be using Kirsty for the future cute. Always so welcoming and offered a drink❤️
