Kayla was brilliant. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and understand what I’m trying to achieve with my hair. She asked questions throughout the appointment, checked in with me as she went, and made helpful suggestions where needed rather than just doing what she thought was best. I really appreciated how collaborative the whole experience felt, and I was very happy with the result. I’ll definitely be going back!
