My daughter was very nervous as it was her first haircut but Josie was so sweet and welcoming! My daughter felt at ease immediately. Josie listened to what I wanted and the cut her hair perfectly. It was the perfect experience. My daughter came away feeling like a pampered princess and is now desperate for her next visit! I think she'd have her haircut every day now
