Usually have a great experience. Today I asked for a curtain face framing curtain fringe, ended up with full fringe thats choppy and way too short. Manager came over, all I got was a sorry for the inconvenience. Won’t be returning

This was our first time to the salon and was welcomed as soon as we entered the door. Every member of staff offered us a tea or coffee and very friendly. Josie was such a lovely lady and really good with my daughter. She gave her exactly what she was looking for and made the whole thing exciting. We all left with smiles and will 100% be returning.
