I don't enjoy getting my hair cut & generally don't like the salon experience but seeing Charmaine was so welcoming, it was like meeting a friend & having a brilliant hair cut at the same time.

Had a dry trim as I'm growing just hair, First time with Amy who cut my bob very well and was friendly as are all the ladies at Tangles,easy parking and a nice relaxed atmosphere
