When arriving to the salon not one person (staff and clients) was wearing a mask/visor. Once seeing that I was wearing one they put theirs on. Anti bac was not encouraged, I had to actively find this. Throughout the cut the hairdresser was touching her face under her visor and continued to cut my hair. Once straightening my hair at home I noticed and noticeable chunk she had missed, which meant I had to cut my own hair. It's a shame, my pervious visit to the salon was lovely.
