It was my first time in Tangles, as soon as I walked in I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed and was offered a drink. All the staff were lovely. Jayme listened to what I wanted and helped along the way. I came out of the hairdresser's with a great hair cut. This will be my new salon to have my hair done from now on. I would recommend Tangles to my friends and family.

Jayme was excellent - she really listened to what I wanted and I was very pleased with the results. We discussed in detail the colour I was looking to achieve (I had a half head of highlights) and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had. The value for money was excellent too. I would thoroughly recommend her.
