I totally enjoyed my Appointment at Tangles. I have never been there before but it was recommended to me by a family member. Robyn was waiting for me when I arrived. She was organized, polite and friendly. She made me feel very relaxed and reassured. Going to someone for colour for the first time can make one a little anxious. She is very talented and experienced in her field and I am extremely pleased and content with what she did to my hair.
