So lucky to live a couple of miles from Tangles as I would not go to any other salon.
Carol always does my hair and every time I walk out feeling great.
Really lovely bunch of people, well worth every pennie every time 👌

First thing I did was go to the toilet which wasn’t a nice experience - the toilet pan was disgusting and the toilet room overall needs attention - paint peeling by basin, no hand towel, hand towel rail fallen off wall etc. Also the cup I was given a tea in was chipped in two places...doesn’t lead to good first impressions!
However, Hannah was first class - friendly, professional and I am so pleased with my cut and colour.
Great end product but minor details need work.
