Very professional felt very relaxed and had a super friendly hairdresser. excellent cut and my hair lasted 48 hours fantastic
My stylist was Rebecca and she did a fantastic job, cut it exactly how I asked and styled my hair nicely too.
I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and there was no hanging around as I have experienced in some other salons before.
My only complaint would be that the hair washing basins were apparently a bit dodgy (they didn't lower down properly) so it was really uncomfortable having my hair washed as I had to sit with all my weight resting on my neck.
The booking was straight forward, you book and pay online. The staff were friendly and the stylist who cut my hair had it spot on! Exactly what I wanted. Very please and would definitely go back.
first time at Tangles for a cut and blow dry. I have tricky hair, bulky in places but fine, and Amy did my hair, perfectly she understood how I wanted it - result - exactly as I wanted. Would definitely use this Salon again.
Phoned up Tangles and booked a haircut at short notice. It's great that the Wahanda voucher could be used on a Friday, so I could get my hair cut and blow dried ready for the weekend, but I was surprised that they don't have a mid week late night opening.
Staff really friendly & chatty and would definately return for my next haircut.
