Feel awful as this is the first time I Ieave a bad review, but they destroyed my eyebrows. I've had threading done even at Boots and it's never gone wrong, I have quite full easy eyebrows. She made the left one super thin and uneven, just the wrong shape. I thought the tint could have fixed it but I couldn't really tell the difference after the tint was done.
I feel bad because I could tell she realised that it had gone wrong and she was very nice - but the fact remains that I'm now crying.
