I had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon. I went in for highlights, and not only did they completely mess up the color—it was nothing like what I asked for—but the application was done so badly that my hair looks patchy and uneven. When I told them I wasn’t happy with the results, they were unprofessional and dismissive instead of trying to fix their mistake.On top of that, the salon itself was dirty and not well-maintained, which should have been a red flag from the start
