Shellac was already chipping after a few hours. I waited a bit and after a week it’s absolutely unpresentable and I need to re-do it when normally it lasts for 3 weeks at other places. I tried to let them know as soon as I realized I had to re-do it and they haven’t replied. £30 for only 1 week is not acceptable.

It was one of the most awkward experience I ever had. I’ve booked a tanning session and when I went there the salon was closed.
A gentleman was inside barefoot as he was not expecting anyone to come. He didn’t know where the therapist was. After a long phone call , he said I can use the tanning boot and he turned it on. There was no lock to the door at the tanning boot so it felt very awkward staying naked in a place where in the second room was a male.
The tanning boot is really old as well.
