The place was so messy and disgusting it was like being in a cupboard! They had absolutely no colours to choice from and they were all old and dried out! So disappointing I felt like crying

Worst wax I’ve ever had (and I have had one every month for 10+ years). Boiling hot wax, extremely poor application and removal, lots of missed spots, painful afterwards. Scarring. Do not come here. Terrible atmosphere as well

I have been taking the Chinese Herbal remedies prescribed by the Chinese Doctor ; Maggie prepares the bags of herbs which I then brew at home. After about 7 - 10 days the effect of the regular doses of the 'tea' was noticeable ; cleaning/detoxing the body. The taste is tough - 'taking your medicine' - but I add a bit of honey and ginger which is OK. The herbs' recipe changed a bit after a week after the Doctor checks your pulse, tongue etc. This works for me so 5 stars - thank you very much.

It is great to be able to go to this spa after the lockdown.
Maggie and her staff were all friendly and it was as if I had just seen them last week rather than many months ago. Overall a very good treatment including tanning, waxing, massage, and haircut. I would not hesitate to come back and therefore give a well deserved 5 stars. Thanks.
