The treatment took place in a basement room with little light, and the person doing the waxing only did half the legs. Very poor experience overall

Person doing the wax was lovely but technique was poor. She left dried wax on me, left visible hair in not very hard to get places and at one point the wax burnt me. I’m usually pretty good with getting waxes pain wise but due to poor technique I experienced a lot of pain
