The plca is conveniently situated, but the room in the basement was very cold even though it was very warm outside and when i commented on it there was no offer of a small heater, just a comment that the central heating was not on. The therapist did not seem to understand english and did not adjust the pressure according to my wishes. So she hurt me. When i mentioned this to the manager she said « donkt worry, it’ll be another girl next time » I don’t think there will be a next time...
