The place is absolutely filthy! She wanted to charge me to remove my previous gel and she said that would take over an hour to remove it! She clearly didn’t want to get it done! Once I’ve seen how dirty and horrible the place was, I suggested that she gave me my money back. She refused to and at the end I’ve managed to get £10 out of the £34 I paid! Just unbelievable that a place like this is authorized to operate under the health and safety rules in place in this country! Completely shocking!

Terrible experience, Jenni couldn't stop answering her phone during the session, and did my nails as if was her first time, putting way too much nail polish. Price was the same as other spa places so I will definitely go somewhere else next time.

I never leave negative reviews, but this French manicure was seriously bad. Uneven, wonky, and started coming off the following day.
