I had the worst experience ever. First of all the girl didn’t speak any english and she was not even able to understand my needs via gesture (simple ones, I had a normal pedicure). Then while smoothing my nails she scratched my skin on two toes! Which made also impossible to wash my feet with the products without feeling pain. Moreover she made mistakes in applying the polish so she had to redo the work again for two times. For a normal pedicure it took me one hour and a half! And the outcome at the end is definitely not as desired! I will never go back again!!!!

Massage was impressively firm and effective considering the fact that the lady answered two calls and four text messages during it. big on knots, low on chill. Couldn't access my booking so asked me to show them. nails were left with thick blobs of top coat which burst 5 mins out of the salon letting the colour run. the people were nice but disinterested.

I wasn't given a choice for colour ("no time and they're not like other places so have no palettes"); had sparkling nails, when asked for matte - and was told this is 'new fashion' when said it's not what I wanted. Hardly any attention to the nail or application. They were running 15 mins late to start, and I couldn't wait any longer, so perhaps that's why but regardless my experience was not enjoyable one bit.
